Outside Sales Representative

Beauregard Equipment is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to support ourColchester, VT location and grow our presence throughout Eastern and CentralVermont. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, managing a territory, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions to succeed. What You’ll Do Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in construction and related industries Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and business owners Consult with customers to recommend equipment and solutions that meet their operational needs Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing and follow-up Collaborate with the Store Manager and internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools Travel regularly throughout Central and Eastern Vermont to meet with customers and visit job sites What We’re Looking For Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management Equipment, construction, agricultural, or industrial sales experience preferred Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline Strong time management and territory planning skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential Health, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Company-provided apparel and gear Ongoing product training and professional development opportunities Established territory with strong brand recognition and customer support Why Join Beauregard Equipment?
