The Branch Manager is responsible for driving both top-line (sales) performance and bottom-line (profit) performance and strategic objectives by effectively managing the branch operations, customer service activities, and supporting the business development/selling activities. Branch Manager - Roswell, NM Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 50,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

This is an internal position with Elwood Staffing.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the overall recruiting, operations, and profitability of the branch
• Coach, develop, and hold your recruiting team accountable for results
• Support new business development and strengthen existing client relationships
• Ensure recruiting and service goals are met
• Monitor branch performance and implement plans to improve results
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, and On-Site teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

Branch Manager - Roswell, NM Qualifications:

• 3 years of previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience
• Staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client and prospect locations
