Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of the Printing and Form Services (PFS) Supervisor, the Analyst I serves as a Forms Designer and performs analytical and technical work supporting Printing and Forms Services. The incumbent assists with the design, development, maintenance, accessibility, and digital transformation of departmental forms using specialized software and digital workflow platforms. The position also provides support for Printing Production operations, business systems, purchasing and contracts, inventory and equipment management, and PFS projects and process improvements.

Our ideal candidate will have experience or an interest in document design, electronic forms, accessibility, business systems administration, graphic software, digital workflows, or related technology. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, desktop publishing applications, accessibility tools, or other document development software is desirable.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. The incumbent should communicate effectively verbally and in writing, work independently and collaboratively with customers and staff, edit and create print-ready or web-ready files, troubleshoot business system or application issues, maintain and manage inventory, perform purchasing or contracting duties, maintain business system settings, generate or manage business system data and reports, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accurate records. The ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and processes is highly desirable.
