Candidates must confidently read and interpret blueprints, use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, and proactively recognize and adjust for any machining issues. Our address is 2925 Chief Court Dallas, NC. What You’ll Do Operate multiple CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machines. Work safely around equipment and coworkers. Participate in training and learn about Dixon products. Perform daily maintenance activities. Demonstrate flexibility with rotating assignments. Work as part of a team. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-5+ years of CNC experience preferred. Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment required. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints. Ability to use shop mathematics. Ability to stand for 8 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift. Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team. Great attitude and attendance.
