Job Description
The General Manager will oversee a single location, reporting to a regional executive and leading a team of 26–50 employees through a focus on customer retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.

Responsibilities
Manage profit and loss performance for the location.
Oversee food production and bar management operations.
Lead and develop a team of 26–50 employees.
Drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Improve operational efficiency across the location.
Support market expansion initiatives.
Demonstrate strong leadership across all areas of the business.

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in general management.
