Come make an impact every day at Zebra. What We’re Looking For Zebra’s Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for securing materials used in Zebra’s operations. Supply requirements are moderated by the team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from regional distribution centers, product life-cycle, quality and special customer requirements and/or projects. The team cooperates with our Global Demand Planners, Buyers, Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Helpdesk and Customer Experience Management teams. In addition, to the standard duties, the incumbent will play a key role in the continuous improvement activities of materials management processes and project management work. This role requires a minimum of 3-days per week in either our Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL office, 2 days remote (US). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support and actively participate in deployment of supply chain model within region Plan and develop supply schedule to keep sufficient inventory positions to support material requirements of internal or external customers Regularly review and adjust demand plan with internal stakeholders Apply Zebra’s procedures to resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting supply plan including capacity, transportation, and order-management errors Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries; partner with Order Management to resolve any admin/order errors Escalate shortages within the broader supply chain organization and work to support resolution Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders to confirm production / shipping schedules Participate in cross-functional projects as a representative of the supply chain function Facilitate the cross-functional process by proactive feedback and proposals for improvement to ensure internal alignment/joint actions and as a result maximum level of support for Customer Perform ad‑hoc analysis as needed Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred) Minimum 5+ years of work experience Minimum 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience Preferred Qualifications International Supply Chain experience in service and/or manufacturing preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Six Sigma certification preferred Strong communication skills Thrives in organized chaos and a fast‑paced work environment Strong EQ (emotional intelligence) Excels in ambiguity Excellent organization and time management skillset Excellent judgment and discretion Experience creating SOP’s and streamlining processes Experience with Oracle ERP Pay Range $76,640.00 – $114,960.00 Annual Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
