Sr. Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphics Designer is responsible for implementing the design, creative and delivery of marketing, sales, and training programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Essential Job Functions Must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation. Coordinates the implementation of marketing programs for all customers (OEM, Dealer, Agents, and Consumer) Edits websites as needed collaborating with the IT team and other stakeholders Ensure all sales and marketing collateral is current and updated Collaborates with ordering of all sales material, marketing material and publishing materials Designs and implements email and social media campaigns Assists with video creation, animation, AI, and other digital products Assist with the execution of key marketing materials, programs and logistics (i.e. development, printing, mailing and emailing of marketing materials) Work closely with the Marketing Manager, marketing team, other internal teams to create messaging and collateral materials related to new or updated product offerings; ensure messaging is consistent across various media Assist with writing, editing, reviewing and developing content for collateral, print, and sales presentations Primary person responsible for a central resource for refining and keeping all presentations and marketing collateral Maintains competitive files (literature, POS, warranty and registrations) and TEAMS product library files Design the preliminary registration and warranty drafts for new products and/or programs in coordination with the legal department Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by sales Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to internal clients, production team, and key leadership Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production, and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution Duties and Responsibilities Creative thinker; excellent communicator Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile, and “Thrives Under Pressure” are words that describe you Ability to work under pressure of deadlines Ability to work independently and quickly, and as part of team to execute tasks Manage time effectively, complete complex tasks, think and plan ahead, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, take effective action without having to know the total picture and project quickly with little to no guidance Possess and exhibit an exemplary level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Maintain a strong focus on continuous process improvement Complete a high volume of tasks with minimal direction and be self-motivated Ability to multi-task and stop/start projects on a regular basis Be highly organized, detail-oriented and be able to prioritize time sensitive assignments Work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group Learn the organizational structure, team objectives, and adapt to company culture Participate in weekly meetings and huddles with the marketing team Perform other duties that may reasonably be assigned Nature of Supervision The incumbent is responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment when performing job duties and must display a high degree of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and respect. Minimal guidance is provided on some, but not all, tasks to be performed. Independent decision-making is a daily responsibility. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. Education/Experience The minimum educational background of an applicant to this position is a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred. In addition, a qualified candidate will have: Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures Minimum 5+ years of marketing or sales related professional graphic design/development experience Ability to solve urgent and chronic problems, both individually and as part of a cross‑functional team Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization Problem solving and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment and engage peers and management. Strong organizational skills Excellent written, analytical and research skills Ability to handle multiple tasks while still producing quality results Advanced level of desktop publishing computer skills working knowledge of drawing, page layout and photo manipulation/scanning programs Advanced level of AI skills Most job responsibilities are performed while seated indoors with little exposure to hazards. Some flex hours may be required (must be able to work nights and weekends on a non‑routine basis if called upon). Contacts Interaction will occur with all levels of employees and management, outside vendors and contractors in the performance of the job duties as they relate to the Senior Graphics Designer.
