Job Title & Shift Medical Lab Tech – Full-Time Evenings (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Location Woodbridge, VA Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing according to established procedures. Analyze, interpret, and accurately report laboratory results. Maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Document testing activities and results in laboratory information systems. Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care. Follow safety, infection control, and department protocols. Education Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemical Science, or related field required. Compensation We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $37.13 - $54.39 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
