HR Coordinator

HR CoordinatorInsight Global is seeking two HR Coordinators to join a new entity within one of our large manufacturing clients. One role will sit in Crawfordsville, IN and the other in Decatur, AL. We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded effective communicator. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members across numerous locations including but not limited to:Manage the site's recruitment process and onboardingProvide site support for all aspects of talent managementPartner with Payroll Specialist to ensure site compliance with trainingPartner with HR Generalist for open enrollment and administration of benefit programs for the siteProcess all site claims (worker's comp, unemployment, etc.) including handling appealsManage and track FMLA & AAP requirements for the siteSite POC for Random Drug TestingSite POC for investigations and appealsPartner with Payroll Specialist, Finance and Ops to support payroll processing for the siteSupport DEI initiativesActively involved in safety initiatives at the site
