Job Description
Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist

Experience: 1 year required; 2+ years preferred
License: WI pharmacy license required
Certifications: PharmD, RPh, BLS required; ACLS highly preferred


Must-Have:
Epic experience required
Travel experience required


Description:
Inpatient Pharmacist position available.
Hours will range from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with 8-hour shifts.
There is an every third weekend rotation.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Candidates must have a PharmD and hold a WI pharmacy license.
BLS certification is required and ACLS certification is highly preferred.
Epic experience is necessary for this role.
Skills required include inpatient/acute care, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, and therapeutic medication monitoring.
Knowledge of drug shortage management and pharmacotherapy management for medical problems is essential.
Travelers must comply with grooming requirements for fit testing.
Travelers will be required to shave to ensure a mask seals properly for fit testing.
Specific respiratory protective equipment is not provided.
There are no exceptions to not complying with fit testing requirements.
Failure to adhere to grooming standards will result in cancellation of the assignment.
Clinical experience with various patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics is important.
The daily census is approximately 330 patients.
Candidates must be prepared to complete required health and safety clearances prior to start.
