Travel Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation, Outpatient (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation, Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH.

Contract Details

• Days 40hr guarantee

• Location: Keene, NH
  
• Hourly Pay: $ 34.70
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 2287.00
  
• Weekend Requirements: TBD/Holidays required if needed
  
• Travel Policy: will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility)
  
• Typical Patient Day/Load/Ratio: We perform 45 minute evaluations and treatment sessions 30 to 45 minutes as appropriate based on diagnosis. We only treat one patient at a time. Typical 2 to 3 evaluations a day and then rest of day treatments ( 2 evaluations plus 11 treatment (30 minutes in length)
  
• Patient Population: Typically Adult, but experience in all age groups welcome
  
• Dress Code: Either personal scrubs of any color or business casual (Athleisure/stretchy clothing ok too, but no leggings, crop shirts, etc). No open toe/back shoes.
  
• EMR: EPIC experience
  

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients’ mobility, strength, and physical function 
  
• Developing individualized treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain  
  
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques 
  
• Using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to support recovery 
  
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed 
  
• Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies 
  
• Documenting treatment outcomes and patient progress
  
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals 
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience ;NO NEW GRADS
  
• Must have Outpatient Ortho experience
  
• Previous travel experience highly preferred; Perm address must be included in traveler profile
  
• Inpatient experience highly preferred
  
• Expro experience required
  
• Must have Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License; NH license must be in hand at profile upload
  
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
  
• Traveler perm address must be included in profile
  
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  
• Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
  
• Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
  
• Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
  
• Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
