OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Olathe, KS by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR solo CDL‑A drivers with Hazmat endorsement to handle hazardous freight nationwide out of Olathe, KS. The role features strong mileage pay (65¢/mi plus 4¢/mi for hazmat), weekly averages around 2,500 miles, and bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

Your responsibilities:

• Safely deliver hazmat shipments while following federal and state regulations.
• Perform pre/post‑trip checks and maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet schedules and routings.

Requirements & perks:

• CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
• Late‑model trucks with APU, inverter, sleeper, dedicated in‑house maintenance, home roughly every three weeks, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
