Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Dadeland Mall

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and maintaining team performance. The role requires strong leadership, sales and customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
