While the bulk of your time will be spent in a virtual setting, you will have consistent online communication with colleagues, partake in virtual team meetings, and engage in collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients. Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic services to a variety of client demographics through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, effectively utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals, to coordinate care that is holistic and sensitive to the complexities of each client’s situation.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute episodes, applying your specialized training to stabilize and guide them through emergency situations with compassion and effectiveness.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing access to mental health services within underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals with varying mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your efforts will focus on empowering clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that respects their cultural, socio-economic, and emotional contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Completion of a relevant master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with diverse populations.
