The Opportunity

• Deliver high-quality obstetric care and manage emergencies for improved patient safety and outcomes

• Collaborate with local obstetricians to ensure consistent 24/7 physician coverage for all patients

• Seeking OB/GYNs with strong clinical and communication skills, commitment to quality improvement, and passion for advancing womens healthcare

• Typical full-time schedule: ~7 shifts/month (24 hours each)

• No on-call duties or office management responsibilities

• About 21 days off per month
