CRT / RRT Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist Opportunity Competitive Pay, Comprehensive Benefits, Sign-On Bonus Available MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our client's team in an acute-care hospital. This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to provide life-saving care and support to patients with respiratory conditions. Respiratory Therapist Key Responsibilities:

- Perform respiratory therapy assessments and deliver treatments to patients of all ages.
- Operate advanced respiratory equipment and monitor patient responses to therapy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emergency respiratory care, including managing ventilators and performing intubations.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and the use of home care equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress per hospital protocols.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (required).
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC (required).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be completed before start).
- Prior experience in acute care or critical care is preferred but not required.
