School-Based Pediatric APRN Transform Student Health

Cornell Scott Hill Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Pediatric or Family Practice APRN to join our School Based Health Clinics. The APRN will provide medical care under a collaborative agreement, contribute to patient education, and participate in chronic disease management within CS-HHC facilities at Career High School and Church/Helen Street.

We require 3+ years of APRN experience, MSN degree with CT RN/APRN licensure, CPR certification, and strong EPIC EMR skills.
