Mancan is in partnership with a Weirton based Healthcare facility seeking a TEMPORARY reliable and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team.

This job is a temporary one week assignment, that could extend due to the demands of the job.
Pay $14.00

The primary responsibilities of this role include performing accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer service by answering phone calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of patient information in the system.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and updating patient records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient services as needed.
Handle inquiries and provide information to patients, family members, and staff in a courteous and respectful manner.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administrative support or healthcare is a plus.
Prior experience in an office or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
