The successful candidate will be a proactive, organized individual with a strong background in operational leadership, business operations, or general management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the firm's day-to-day operations, from process development and continuous improvement to people operations and team support. The Head of Operations will be responsible for operational leadership and execution, process development, and continuous improvement, as well as financial and administrative operations. They will also be involved in vendor and systems management, project management, and strategic support, and will play a key role in recruiting and remote team management. Applicants must have at least 5 years' of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing multiple functional areas. Experience in a professional services environment is essential, and a background in HR operations and exposure to financial operations is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be ownership-oriented, process and efficiency-focused, adaptable, and a non-rigid communicator. They should be collaborative, low ego, emotionally intelligent, and professional, with a strong ability to influence and lead through partnership. The role requires a candidate who is adept at problem-solving, keeping teams aligned, and is energized by supporting visionary leaders. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is desired, and the ability to work in a remote or distributed team environment is a must.
