As a Security Officer - Full Time Corporate Vehicle Patrol in San Diego, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and property management representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
