Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient or group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years; charting system must be documented for each position in work history
• Must have successfully completed a prior contract or held employment with an organization
• Firm start date; no requested time off (RTO) permitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
