Job Summary: Operating Room (OR) Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
The organization is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) professional for a 5x8 hour night shift. The role supports surgical services and may include care for COVID-19 patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 5x8 hour night shift, with on-call coverage requiring a 30-minute response; weekends and holidays as needed; floating may be required.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Epic charting experience (Epic experience heavily preferred); minimum 2 years of experience as stated in the position details.
• Preferred Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional Information:
  • Facility environment is tobacco and fragrance free.
  • Patient care may include COVID-19 patients.
  • On-call response requires a 30-minute response time.
  • Local travel compliance requirements include a preference to minimize return-to-office time to 7 days maximum, per contract.
  • No license hits are accepted.
  • Charting system experience: Epic.
  • Pairing of travelers is allowed, though the organization cannot guarantee matched schedules.
  • Where applicable, travelers are required to complete and pass an EKG exam within 72 hours of signing their travel contract; additional attempts may be approved at unit manager discretion.
  • Additional requirement: Candidate must have NBSTSA.
