Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will lead a hybrid onshore-offshore development team responsible for the client Partner Portal enhancements, leveraging SAP BTP. This role requires significant experience managing agile projects across distributed teams, ensuring the seamless execution of Scrum processes and sprint planning, while coordinating with both onshore stakeholders and offshore developers. The Scrum Master will ensure that the team delivers high-quality SAP BTP-based enhancements in line with client's objectives.

Job Duties -


Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for the onshore-offshore team, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
Act as the primary point of contact between Jabil's Product Owner and the offshore development team.
Ensure the development team follows SAP BTP development best practices and maintains a high standard of work quality.
Remove impediments that could hinder the onshore or offshore teams, particularly those unique to hybrid models.
Coordinate sprint deliverables, ensuring alignment with SAP BTP architecture and performance standards.
Use agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to track progress and provide visibility to all stakeholders.


Job Requirements -


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2+ years leading hybrid onshore-offshore teams.
Experience working in SAP environments, with a strong understanding of SAP BTP.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAP Activate certification preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills, especially in coordinating distributed teams.
