What does a Visiting Angels Caregiver Do?

You will provide non-medical care for senior adults and Veterans to help them stay independent and in their own home. Services provided for our clients can range from basic activities of daily living such as bathing/dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation for errands/shopping, medication reminders. Other services include Companion Care Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, Hospice supportive care, and Respite Care for families.

Join our family of Angels! We are currently looking for caring, patient, compassionate and reliable individuals who have a genuine interest in working with elderly and the Veteran community. We have multiple shifts available from a few hours per week to full time hours.

Requirements

· 18 years of age

· Speak English

· Willing to take a background check and drug screen

· Passionate about providing care for elders

· Compassionate, honest, reliable, confident and highly sociable

· Confident in your ability to engage the Client in activities and conversation

· Be able to cook

· Eligibility to work in the United States

· Reliable vehicle

· Valid driver's license

· Proof of insurance
