For those seeking dynamic opportunities, rewarding career paths and a chance to make a difference in global health, come grow with August!ResponsibilitiesReceives, checks, and verifies in-bound materials in facilityStores material in the appropriate storage areas. Assists with warehouse cleaning and organization to ensure area meets established safety and quality requirementsFills internal requests for material and delivers materials to various destinations throughout the facility.Uses material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, sit down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, unload and load trucksProperly packages items for safe transport and arranges shipment of out-bound materialsResponsible for data entry related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materialProcesses and files relevant paperworkPerforms cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy. Reports inventory discrepancies as directedUnderstand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures related to daily dutiesAdhere to all August Bioservices site safety and quality policiesMaintain cleanliness of supply chain areasDemonstrate good documentation practices with strong attention to detailAll other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma requiredExperience in supply chain or related discipline or equivalentExcellent Microsoft Office skillsExcellent organizational and documentation skills in an uncompromising process environmentWork independently and be self-motivatedCompany focused, respectful, of high integrity, be open and honest, and excellent in executionDemonstrated team-oriented, process-oriented, and solution-oriented skillsSome experience with ERP systems is a plusAbility to work over 40lbsAt August Bioservices, Our Credo is our culture.
