Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 32

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in good standing in the state as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification (BCLS) required.
• Current BLS certification.
• IV certification course.
• New graduates accepted; one (1) year experience within a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to all patients while respecting patient rights and dignity.
• Serve as an effective member of the nursing staff, utilizing the scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other medical staff as part of a collaborative team.
• Maintain competencies required for the position.

Compliance / Notes:

• If the guaranteed hours are 40 per week, the first week will not guarantee hours since orientation starts on a Tuesday.
• All candidates are required to show proof of completed COVID vaccinations.
