# Licensed Residential HVAC Installer
- *Glastonbury, CT | $80,000–$100,000+ First-Year Earnings | $2,000–$3,500 Sign-On Bonus**
Are you an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and wants the opportunity to grow into leadership?
We’re building our Greater Hartford installation team and looking for a skilled **Residential HVAC Installer** to join us early and help set the standard for how the department operates.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on installation work but also wants the chance to mentor others, influence processes, and grow into future Lead Installer, Supervisor, or Management roles.
## What You’ll Do
- Install and replace residential HVAC systems
- Work with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment
- Complete system startups, testing, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot installation and performance issues
- Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer requirements, and company standards
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Help reduce callbacks through quality workmanship
- Support and mentor developing installers and apprentices
## What We’re Looking For
- Active **Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC Journeyperson License**
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience with system startups and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience leading crews, mentoring apprentices, or holding certifications such as EPA Universal, NATE, or OSHA is highly valued.
