Electro-Mechanical Technician

Sensor Systems, a segment of PSI’s Detection Systems Division and located just north of Boston in Wilmington, MA, seeks a skilled engineering technician for employment immediately in support of production projects for mobile and static radiological and nuclear (R/N) material detection systems. The candidate will work directly with the engineering team to assemble next generation R/N systems and improve manufacturing procedures and documentation. Required qualifications Demonstrated hands-on, problem-solving experience Experience with mechanical and cable assemblies, wiring, and electronics Solid ability to communicate concepts, ideas, and results to the team and customers Proficient with Microsoft office Experience with hand tools Experience with supply chain management Experience with product inspection and quality control Willingness to learn on-the-job skills and wear multiple “hats” Desirable: Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks Additional Information U.S. Citizenship is required.
