Senior Research & Policy Analyst
The Massachusetts Association of Health Plans (MAHP) seeks an experienced Senior Research & Policy Analyst to support healthcare policy research, regulatory analysis, and data-driven advocacy initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring state and federal policy developments, analyzing legislative and regulatory proposals, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, preparing policy briefs and reports, and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts.
Qualified candidates should have a master's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) and at least seven years of experience in healthcare policy, regulatory analysis, public policy, or a related field. Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills required. Experience with Medicaid, commercial insurance markets, healthcare financing, and data analysis preferred.
