SRE Program Manager

Program Manager – SRE

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale SRE initiatives, driving reliability, execution, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and business teams. Key Responsibilities

• Define and align SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets with business goals
• Own end-to-end delivery of SRE initiatives (platform reliability, DR, observability)
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution across teams
• Track dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Drive incident management and blameless postmortems
• Establish governance cadence and executive reporting
• Maintain visibility into SRE portfolio and impact metrics

Requirements

• 7–10 years in program management; 3–5 years in SRE/DevOps/Cloud
• Strong knowledge of SRE principles and infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience in Agile/Lean program management
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization
