Senior Brand Manager We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to own and grow a large, established food CPG brand. This role is a true general manager opportunity—combining P&L ownership, brand strategy, innovation, and people leadership to drive profitable growth across channels. What You’ll Do Own the full P&L for a $100MM+ brand, including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and margin delivery Set the long‑term brand vision and lead annual and multi‑year operating plans Drive holistic brand strategy across positioning, portfolio, communications, and execution Lead close‑in innovation and renovation in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations Oversee integrated marketing across media, digital, shopper marketing, and e‑commerce Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing brand team Influence cross‑functional partners to deliver business and financial results What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 7–10+ years of brand management or marketing experience (CPG strongly preferred) Proven P&L ownership and strong financial acumen Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional influence skills Spanish language skills a plus Why This Role High‑visibility ownership of a scaled, growth‑driven brand Broad exposure across marketing, sales, finance, and operations Opportunity to shape strategy, innovation, and team capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
