Plat Construction is a licensed electrical contractor serving Orange County and the greater Southern California area. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking electrical helper/apprentice to join our team and grow with us — a great opportunity to learn the trade on real residential and commercial projects while earning a paycheck.

Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with residential and commercial electrical work
• Help with wiring, conduit, lighting, outlets, panels, and equipment installation
• Carry, organize, and maintain tools and materials
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow instructions and learn proper, code-compliant electrical installation methods

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Some electrical training or experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right person
• Currently enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, a California-approved electrical training program (Electrician Trainee registration is required to work as a trainee for a licensed contractor)
• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license
• Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Able to use basic hand tools and perform physical construction work
• Available for full-time work
