Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Patient centered team-based environment
• Will join as an AP Practice Partner working with a patient centered team.
• Team includes: Physician, AP, RN, MA, and a PSS (admin)
• Provide Care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
• Behavioral health providers are integrated into the primary care teams

Required Qualifications:

• Able to obtain Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Certification to care for patients of all ages- pediatrics through adults
• Able to obtain Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in primary care
• Active DEA License

The salary range for this role is $104,500 - $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
