Therapy Innovations is a small group in Lake Forest, Illinois that builds and runs five companies for the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field: Digital Marketing ABA, marketing for ABA practices Ripley, the fieldwork-hours tracker used by tens of thousands of future BCBAs and their supervisors Beacon BCBA, exam prep for the BCBA certification Breaking News ABA, the news outlet for the ABA industry My ABA CFO, fractional finance for ABA practices Small team, a lot happening every day, and one person at the center of it. That is where you come in. The role You'll be the right hand to Michael Pavlovskyi, who runs the group. One day you're on a call with a client or a partner, capturing what was decided and making sure it happens. The next you're chasing five people for updates and getting answers. The next you're building a tracker with Claude in an hour that would have taken someone a week two years ago. Read this part before you apply: the title is generous, the work is hands-on. You'll do real admin alongside the interesting parts. What you get in exchange is a seat next to the person making every decision in five businesses. This is an in-person role in our Lake Forest office, five days a week. No remote, no hybrid. If that's not for you, this isn't the one. What you'll do Join calls with clients, partners and vendors. Capture what was decided, then follow up until every item is closed. Keep projects moving across five companies: track deadlines, chase updates, and flag what's slipping before it slips. Use AI every day: Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Cowork and whatever comes next. Draft, summarize, research, build spreadsheets, automate the repetitive stuff. Prepare short briefs before meetings and clean notes after them. Help run marketing across the five companies: LinkedIn posts, newsletters, articles, landing pages and ad copy. Draft it, ship it, then report what actually worked. Run the calendar and inbox triage. Schedule and confirm meetings, draft emails and messages. Handle light personal admin: travel, appointments, the occasional errand. Own the small things that keep an office and the person running it on track. Who we're looking for Genuinely good with AI. You already use Claude or ChatGPT most days and can show us how it makes you faster. This matters more to us than anything on your resume. Tech-savvy across the board: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, spreadsheets, and quick to pick up new tools. Relentless about follow-up. Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch, and nobody has to remind you. A clear writer who is comfortable on a call with people you've never met. Organized, discreet and reliable. You'll see sensitive business and personal information. Any experience level. Recent grads, career changers and seasoned assistants are all welcome.
