- Work closely with CEO and team leads to lead the firm in a positive direction
- Partner with CEO to oversee business decisions
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Give constructive feedback to team members
- Lead and organize team meetings with all departments
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team
- Build client relationships in in-person and virtual settings
