Maintain a robust sales funnel and keep your pipeline full. Deliver exceptional support and cross-sell to existing customers. Stay ahead of industry trends and company offerings. Handle negotiations and resolve customer concerns with integrity. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of sales experience in a service industry, managing a quota. Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Adaptable, coachable, and passionate about helping customers. Must be able to pass NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration (background check, fingerprinting).
