Duties and Responsibilities

• Create Happier Aging experiences for clients in home and community settings

• Bring peace of mind to our clients and their families

• Assist with ADL’s: healthy meal preparation, personal care, transfers, ambulation and exercises, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc,

• Complete records accurately and carry out all assignments as requested

• Use technology to properly communication and document client care

• Engage and report to Care Designers to elevate the client experience and care

• Function within the limits of your experience and knowledge, and practice safely and competently within the scope of duties

Qualifications:

• Certified Caregiver, Caregiver in training

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Must have at least 2 year experience working as a caregiver.

• Current CPR and First-Aid certifications considered an asset

• Background check/AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Must have two positive reference checks

• Must have insured vehicle and driver license

• Earned Paid Sick Time

• Needs a smartphone to access two apps and a computer for training

Compensation:

• Non-Certified Caregivers start at $18.00 per hour 

• Certified Caregivers (must provide certificate) start at $21.00 per hour
