MBI is seeking a Continuous Improvement Site/Brand Lead to drive operational excellence across its Cobalt KS Neodesha facility, covering hull fabrication, assembly, upholstery, rigging, and finishing. You will lead COPQ reduction, root-cause problem solving, and Lean deployment to protect and enhance premium brand quality. You will build capability, coach supervisors, and lead cross-functional CI projects, ensuring sustainable, measurable improvements in FPY, waste, and throughput across #J-18808-Ljbffr
