Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry

Location: Biddeford, ME

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shifts available: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM and 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a dynamic environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in patient management.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg Telemetry unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and respond promptly to changes.
Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records using EMR (Epic).
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active Maine RN License.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Med Surg Telemetry.
BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred.
