Part-Time Summer Intern (Paid) – Property Management Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Summer Intern to support our property management team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to commercial and multifamily real estate operations, accounting support, leasing activity, and tenant interaction. This role is ideal for a student or early-career candidate interested in real estate, business operations, accounting, or property management. Responsibilities Sort, organize, scan, and upload invoices and bills Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable support Invoice entry and general accounting organization within property management software Assist with property tours and basic leasing support Help prepare leasing and tenant correspondence Support filing, data entry, and document management Assist with vendor and tenant communication as directed Provide general administrative support to the property management team Help with special projects and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with technology and learning new software systems Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Part-time summer position – potential for permanent placement Paid internship; compensation based on experience and schedule What You’ll Gain Exposure to real estate and property management operations Hands-on experience with accounting and leasing processes Opportunity to work alongside an experienced operations and management team #J-18808-Ljbffr TRYBE Property Management LLC
