Job description 7900 N Milwaukee Ave Unit 12 Niles, IL 60714 Inside the Oak Mill Plaza Mall Monday – Friday from 8AM – 4PM Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

• $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
• $2.00 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Schedule: AM / PM shifts available Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) What You’ll Do: Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Must be able to work weekends when scheduled Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes is a plus Work Environment: Manufacturing floor environment with noise and machinery Occasional exposure to production material components Fast-paced production setting Details: Weekly pay Full-time hours available Long-term job opportunities Opportunities for advancement and pay increases Positive and supportive work environment AI Disclosure: Our recruitment process may include AI-assisted tools to support candidate evaluation.
