Position: Expert Interviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Run structured 20-minute interviews with shortlisted experts. Assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a provided rubric.
- Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity. Identify and report any red flags.
- Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass. Write concise summaries for the program team.
- Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience.
- Comfort assessing senior engineers.
- Strong communication and structured judgment.
- Weekday business-hours availability.
- Reliable commitment to 10 hours/week , fully Remote .
