Production Workers (General Laborers)

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Production Workers in The Colony. Production Workers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. The position entails heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation $16.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Production (General Laborers):

• Perform asset tagging and detailed asset tracking
• Manage image deployment and system imaging
• Provide Chromebook White Glove Services, including:
• Enrollment to domain
• Device validation and testing
• Conduct device etching and identification marking
• Configure and assemble device carts
• Install and manage mobile device casing
• Perform structured cable management
• Complete MDM enrollments (Mobile Device Management)
• Coordinate and support device delivery logistics
• Perform client de-installation and installation services
• Manage secure and compliant asset retirement processes

Required Qualifications of the Production (General Laborers):

• Familiarity with MDM platforms and device enrollment systems
• Experience with Chromebook configuration and Apple device enrollment (DEP)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow detailed deployment procedures and documentation
