Junior Commercial Analyst

Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Provide analytical and administrative support to the Commercial Department. Maintain and administer the CCD SharePoint library, including contract records, contract status tracking, and document management. Process, monitor, and maintain vendor VTM updates, including serving as backup support for NJ IJOS TVTM creation and maintenance. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly vendor volume, cost, and performance reports. Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support vendor operational reviews, cost evaluations, and management inquiries. Coordinate and communicate with the ATD team regarding vendor contracts, invoice reconciliation, administrative matters, and issue resolution. Collaborate directly with key vendors to address operational, contractual, and billing-related issues as they arise. Assist in developing reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models to improve operational visibility and decision-making. Support departmental projects, process improvement initiatives, and special assignments as required. Qualifications and Requirements Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Access. Familiarity with SharePoint administration and experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI. Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize internal systems and applications, including IRIS, MISBIE, and other company-specific platforms. Demonstrated initiative and capability to develop and enhance information management, reporting, and analytical tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
