Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Summary The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the in‑store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and providing best‑in‑class product knowledge and support. The role combines sales, product education, and customer relationship management to drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators in a dynamic omnichannel environment. Responsibilities Execute Mattress Firm selling programs, using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Create an environment that places the customer at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (e.g., resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders). Monitor competitive offerings, advertisements, and services provided by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lifting, pushing, or pulling more than 50 pounds as needed. Qualifications & Physical Requirements • Ability to consistently lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers. • Comfortable using digital tools and technologies in a retail setting. Compensation Competitive pay range of $53,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
