Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm agents are independent contractors that market State Farm Insurance and financial services products.
As an Account Representative for Brad Carlisle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing products and services to help meet those needs. You will establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. You will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. You will promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications include experience in sales, experience in managing customer relationships, interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, dedication to customer service, ability to anticipate customer needs, and ability to effectively relate to customers. A Property & Casualty license is also required.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
