Rewards Analyst

Location: Hybrid (if hybrid must reside near Clayton, NC or Plainsboro, NJ ) Duration: 12-Month Contract Are you passionate about compensation, market analysis, and delivering data-driven insights? We are seeking a Rewards Analyst to join a collaborative Human Resources team supporting compensation programs for a global organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with compensation or rewards experience who enjoys working with data, ensuring compliance, and contributing to key annual compensation initiatives. What You'll Do Support the administration and execution of annual compensation programs, including merit increases, bonus planning, and market reviews. Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and timely completion of compensation cycles. Maintain compensation data, job information, and market pricing across HR systems. Perform compensation analyses using Excel, including pay equity, salary range penetration, internal pay trends, and market pricing. Generate reports and support audits, reporting requests, and compensation inquiries. Apply knowledge of compensation principles, including FLSA classifications, job leveling, incentive programs, and market pricing. Prepare reports, templates, and documentation to support Rewards operations. Respond to compensation-related questions while providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies. Prioritize work to meet established service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and cross-functional HR teams to improve rewards processes and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant compensation, HR, or rewards experience. Experience supporting compensation or rewards programs. Strong understanding of FLSA regulations , job leveling , and market pricing . Ability to interpret job leveling guidelines and provide thoughtful recommendations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret compensation data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with compensation or HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or MarketPay is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
