Senior Associate, Investor Relations This position will be responsible for driving the ongoing service efforts for our investor relationships. The individual will work very closely with all members of the Investments Strategies group. Key Responsibilities Creating raving fans of our existing investors through operational and relational excellence Working within and across teams to deliver seamless onboarding for new investor relationships Maintaining and managing activity related to investor relationships within the firm’s CRM Preparing expense reports and other administrative support for our Managing Directors Coordinating Managing Director calendars including scheduling and confirming meetings, preparing meeting materials and handling post meeting follow‑up Success as a Senior Associate, Investor Relations will be measured by your Ability to deliver quality work, on time, with excellent attention to detail Focus on finding ways to help our team succeed and provide significant value to our investors Capacity to work within and across teams to bring success to all members of the firm Requirements Experience in Financial Services, Investments or Family Offices is preferred Series 65 license is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under strict deadlines Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with exacting attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Outgoing personality and the ability to interact with rooms full of people with confidence Team player with a strong work ethic Basic competencies in CRM software with an ability to expand Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits Base salary will be commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities will be tied to effectiveness, measured by a periodic goal‑setting process, with the amount of opportunity depending on value‑added to the organization and firm profitability.
