Remote Hospice Pharmacist Advisor

Dragonfly Health

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Pharmacist to support hospice care initiatives. Your responsibility will include providing expert guidance on medication management and collaborating with healthcare teams in a remote work environment. A PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy and active pharmacy license in Pennsylvania are required. Experience in hospice or palliative care settings is preferred.
