Basic Function: To sell our services to generate quality products for customers and profit for the company. Sales and Estimating Responsibilities: Attend all estimates on time. Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits. Return calls within 8 business hours. Explain product differentiation to customers. Sell services effectively by understanding customer needs. Visit each sold job to maintain customer relationships. Follow up on all bids to get a decision. Target profitable jobs and maintain a closing rate of at least 40%. Develop prospecting plans and participate in networking. Ask for referrals and seek new business actively. Use CRM to organize workflow. Set and meet sales goals for volume, closing rate, and profit. Communication: Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel. Uphold professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions. Ensure all job details are communicated to crew leaders. Maintain positive communication with all employees. Other Responsibilities: Demonstrate leadership and attend all meetings. Work necessary hours to fulfill duties. Assist in developing systems and problem-solving. Support company growth and initiatives. Requirements: Care and understanding for workers. Client-focused, deadline-driven, results-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
